01

The challenge

The agency was preparing a relaunch. It needed a steady content rhythm, a clear brand story, and a website that search engines could properly understand.

02

A weekly content framework

I built a recurring weekly content framework with named editorial series like Monday Marketing Math and Friday Frameworks across Instagram and YouTube. Each series is designed for saves and shares, the signals that matter, instead of vanity metrics.

03

Website and SEO audit

I ran a full website and SEO audit and delivered prioritized recommendations that informed the agency's relaunch strategy.

  • E-E-A-T and trust signals
  • Internal linking and URL structure
  • Heading hierarchy and image alt text

04

YouTube, short-form and brand documents

I developed the YouTube and short-form strategy with optimized hooks, tags and calls to action, and produced brand documentation defining DSI's mission, positioning and key differentiators for client-facing materials.

05

The results

In the first half of 2026, the agency's Facebook page went from no presence to 423 followers and 16.6K content views from 50 posts, with 748 interactions across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

In September 2026, the agency's own social accounts had a much busier month. Against the month before, impressions rose 240% to 17.8K and interactions rose 106% to 284, while the number of posts went from 15 to 67 across five channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Google Business Profile).

Facebook did the heavy lifting, with 12.4K impressions and more than 3,300 page visits. The most-viewed post, a behind-the-scenes look at what 15 posts a month actually takes, reached 2,661 impressions. The agency now has 597 followers across its platforms. These are small accounts, so the percentages are large because the starting point was low.
