My story

It started with one peso.

My story didn't start with big investments or fancy titles. It started small, in the most ordinary way: helping my mother with her little business and learning how powerful one peso could be. That's where I fell in love with the idea of creating opportunities.

From then on, I became the kind of person who said "yes" to almost everything: jobs, side hustles, leadership roles. Because whether I succeeded or failed, I knew I was learning.

From shy kid to leader

I wasn't always the most confident person. In fact, I used to be shy, barely speaking up in class. But little by little, I grew into someone who could lead.

I built the Young Entrepreneurs Society from nothing until it became a recognized student organization in my school. I also joined regional groups and took on leadership opportunities outside my comfort zone.

Along the way, I discovered a principle I still live by: lead by example.

Diskarte and diploma

But leadership was only part of my journey. I also became a freelancer, working with different clients while balancing school, responsibilities, and personal growth. There were times I had no idea how to do something, but I figured it out by trying. That mindset, learning through doing, has shaped everything I've achieved.

In school, people often said, "Diskarte over diploma." But I believed I could do both. I studied hard and worked harder. I became a top student, received multiple awards, and even built a name for myself, to the point where some people already knew me even if I hadn't met them yet.

That became my first taste of personal branding: being known for showing up, being consistent, and doing the work.

Padayon means "to keep moving forward." It's not just the name of my agency, it's the spirit of my journey.

Today, I'm the founder of Padayon Media Creatives, a digital marketing agency that helps entrepreneurs and businesses show up online with confidence and creativity. At Padayon, we don't just create content. We build stories, strategies, and strong foundations for brands that want to grow.

Still the same hustler

Beyond the titles and achievements, I'm still the same hustler who believes in saying yes to opportunities, even when I don't fully know how to do them yet.

For me, challenges are not roadblocks. They are stepping stones that push me to grow stronger and more resourceful. I do this work because it truly works for me, and I've seen how every project, big or small, has helped me improve.

This is my story so far, but it's not the end. My journey is still unfolding, and if there's one thing I've learned, it's this: you don't need to have everything figured out from the start. What matters is the courage to begin, the faith to keep going, and the will to never stop moving forward.
