I wasn’t always the most confident person. In fact, I used to be shy, barely speaking up in class. But little by little, I grew into someone who could lead. I built the Young Entrepreneurs Society from nothing until it became a recognized student organization in my school. I also joined regional groups and took on leadership opportunities outside my comfort zone. Along the way, I discovered a principle I still live by: lead by example.
